Food and drink are the two basic and necessary needs of all people. In order to maintain healthy life food and drink intake has to be nutritious as well as tasty. Your eating habits have to be healthy and heavy eating has to be avoided to the max and stay fit forever.

There are many limitations for the amount of food that we have. It is not advisable to eat everything which seems to look delicious and has no ingredients which are required by our body. We should be aware of what food we are having and what the goodness in it is.

Vegetables, fruits, milk, natural juices, lean meat and many other food and drink are very high in proteins, vitamins, calcium, iron, fiber and much necessary nutrition required by our body. All Vegetables have the important vitamins and minerals and many such nutritional combinations which will improve our health.

Fruits have very good sources of nutritional fibers and they also have high immune power. Some of the fruits like apple, avocado, mangos, currants and many more are given to patients as they have lesser sugar contents and high in fiber.

Milk is high in calcium which will strengthen the bones. Along with this Milk contains proteins, calories and fat. There are many ways you can use milk as an intake of drink. Banana with milk will help in loosing weight. Soy milk can help in reducing cholesterol.

Water and natural juices will fulfill the amount of water content which is required for or body. Drink much water as you can as this will detoxify your body. Similarly natural juices will have all the nutrition present in the respective fruit and help in increasing your health.

All you have to do is to know what you are eating and drinking and also about the nutrition contents in them. Hence maintenance of Food and Drink intake will help in stay fit and leading a healthy life.
