Alice Waters Helath Food Ideas

A healthy food advocate Alice Waters from California gave her appearance this evening on 60 minutes and spoke about her ideas about healthy health food. According to her, we have to eat fresh and slow to maintain our health.

She gave very good reviews about her ideas and she says "Good food is a right, not a privilege." After her thoughts there are many who want to follow the slow food idea. Some of them have already taken her points and have kept aside the microwave to experience the food without it.

Alice Waters have started the organic revolution and promotes for better food that helps to have better health for the American people. She suggests having a veggie garden in the White House.

Alice Waters had a restaurant called Chez Panisse in 1971. The restaurant was located downstairs and is open for dinner Monday through Saturday if you get a reservation. Waters is the author of many popular recipes and cookbooks amongst those who like good food.

The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution, Chez Panisse Vegetables, Slow Food Nation's Come to the Table: The Slow Food Way of Living by Alice Waters are some of her well known books.
