Chilean Sea Bass

There are many kind of fishes found in the world and they are difficult to prepare as they get cooked easily and the risk you run of drying it out too much. Most of us would have known about the fish dish called the Chilean sea bass. This is a very simple and easy to make dish. This dish when served with the black bean garlic sauce tastes fantastic.

A jar of Black bean garlic sauce which has all good stuff in it is available in the market. Chilean Sea Bass in Black Bean Garlic Sauce needs the following ingredients:
1 lb sea bass steak (I had a little over a lb)
1-2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 inch piece of ginger
1 Tbsp. black bean garlic sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce

You have to cut up the fish into chunks about 1-2 inches in size. Peel and cut the ginger into matchstick pieces. Then heat a wok with oil. Add the fish and ginger. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic sauce and soy sauce and mix well. This has to be cooked for about 3-5 minutes continuing to toss. The fish is cooked when the center of the biggest piece becomes thick.
